Virtual Sports & School Tour Week

Dear Children and Parents/Guardians,
Hoping to find you all in good health. Míle buíochas for your engagement with all aspects of school work in recent months. We have decided that this week will be a Virtual Sports & School Tour Week for the children of Scoil an Athar Tadhg.
The suggested list of activities need very little materials for the children to engage with as I’m aware of the demands on your time and the variation of materials available in each home. This list has been compiled with the support of school staff and special buíochas to Ms. Emma O'Regan who successfully completed a Sports & Recreation degree prior to joining us as a teacher. The activities are suitable for family gatherings in the garden and for social distance activities with friends while complying with government guide lines.
It is our intention to create a slide show of the children participating in the sports week activities for our school web site if the response is positive. Please send an action photograph(s), (max 2), of your your child actively participating in one of the activities to his/her class teacher on or before Friday 19th June. When you send the photo you are consenting to the photograph appearing on the slide show on the school web page.
