Comhghairdeachas le Tadhg Ó Donnchú on winning an All Ireland minor football medal on the field of play with Cork on Sunday. Congrats also to Colm Crowley who was S & C Coach with the team.
Ath mór ar Mr. Diarmuid O’Driscoll agus foireann Iománaíocht Carraig na bhFear as play Russell Rovers in the final of the Imocilly (East Cork) Junior A Hurling Championship on Sunday next at 6pm. Carraig na bhFear Abú.
Our Sciath na Scol training has commenced and training for both boys and girls in fourth, fifth and sixth classes continues after school today.
As we go forward we will have training on Monday evening with the children going from school to the Gaa field. Training will end at 3-45pm and children can be collected from the Gaa pitch. Extra training evenings may be arranged. It is not possible at present to give a full training schedule. We again ask for your cooperation and support with transport.
There are eight teams in our section, divided into two groups of four. The top two teams qualify for semi-finals. Dates and venue for all games have yet to be confirmed.
