December.....what a busy month!

As we begin to settle into our wonderful new buliding.....busy school life continues all around us! December is traditionally one of the busiest months on the school calendar and this year has proved no different!

We have particiaped in, and celebrated a wide range of events and occasions over the past few weeks - from Santa Visits & Christmas Concerts to Green Schools Biodiversity Weeks.


Our fundrasing initives are still up and running, Sponsor a Sod (https://www.idonate.ie/event/sponsorasod) has rasied in excess of 20,000 to date....and the results of same are proudly in use on our brand new Artificail Grass Area to the rear or the school. Thank you to all who have made this happen.


Our annual Christmas Raffle is almost complete.....prize winners will be posted online by Wed. evening.


Mr. Hanafin's traditional Charity Christmas food collection is also underway with an anticipated bus load of donations due to leave school this Thursday. Thanks again to all who have generously donated.



Pupils form our senior classes were invited to our local secondary school to learn about European languages.


5th Class pupil, Mary, brought in a treasured signed copy of a programme from Roy Keane's testimonial match with Man Utd. She was unwilling to sell it even though Mr. White offered her 35!!
