On the Thursday 26th January we were delighted to host our STEM Showcase. A month long focus on science by all classes in Scoil an Athar Tadhg culminated in a spectacular science extravaganza in our school hall. During the day all classes were afforded the opportunity to explore and investigate a wide range of STEM activities and experiments dutifully explained and managed by members of the Student Council and other senior class pupils.
In the afternoon, it was exciting to be able to reopen our doors to the community and parent body, and welcome them to witness the broad range of STEM activities explored by pupils this month.
Special thanks to the Student Council and teachers, Ms. Carey, Mr. O'Shea, Ms. Murphy and Mr. O'Driscoll for coordinating and organising.
Well done to the pupils from all the class ranges who contributed to an exciting and educational day!
