We are so proud of our Junior and Senior Infant classes, as well as 1st and 2nd and children from Néidín who all put in stunning performances for our Christmas show at Scoil an Athar Tadhg. What a climax to the Christmas season it was to see all of our lovely junior students treading the boards with such confidence and aplomb. Huge congratulations to our newly appointed speech and drama teacher Sinéad Magee, who has been a fantastic addition to the staff at Scoil an Athar Tadhg. A massive thank you to Jim Healy on sound, who did an excellent job as always and the incredible Brendan Barry who shot our DVD. The DVD of the Christmas show will be available to purchase on the school website after the Christmas break. The work that was put in by both the children and the class teachers was tremendous and we look forward to seeing the senior end of the school strutting their stuff on stage in term 2.
